ESTATE PLANNING
We assist families and individuals with a full range of services from simple wills and trusts to the most sophisticated gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax-savings techniques that utilize various types of trusts, other entities (such as partnerships, limited liability companies and foundations) and charitable-giving vehicles.

ESTATE SETTLEMENT
We provide comprehensive services in connection with probating estates as well as in the preparation and filing of estate tax returns and fiduciary income tax returns. In addition, we represent and advise corporate fiduciaries actively settling estates.

TRUST ADMINISTRATION
We represent and advise individual and corporate trustees administering trusts. We also administer trusts for which members of the firm serve as trustees, working closely with investment advisors and accountants.

REAL ESTATE, LENDING AND CONVEYANCING
Devin, Barry & Austin has an extensive real estate practice, advising clients on zoning, permitting and environmental issues, and all aspects of real estate development. The attorneys represent clients in commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, sales, financing, development and leasing matters. They also represent banks, mortgage companies and other lenders in commercial and residential real estate loans and serve as title insurance agents.

They have helped developers bring affordable housing to communities throughout the Commonwealth, including Wellesley, Hingham, Wareham, Hanson, Sandwich, Needham, Sharon, Stoughton, and Duxbury.
